This 600,000 SF, two-tower urban condominium project was designed with numerous architectural roof amenities including a lap pool area and various trellised spaces to afford lounging and dining. White LED steplights wash the pool deck playing with the notion of the pool overflowing. The largest gathering area incorporated a “star field” of lights within the trellis by using a low voltage cable system woven into the trellis beams. Indigo dichroic filters were used in many of the surface mounted downlights bringing the night sky to the roof.
