A new entrance was developed when two apartments were joined together in a building overlooking the Potomac River. Metaphors of a river were used in creating the custom glass and light sculpture. Four fiber optic strips, connected separately to a preset dimming system, enables endless and dynamic changes to the back lighted glass panel.
