This partially underground area of the Asia Trail is used for exhibiting the Zoo’s conservation activities. Adjustable focused lighting was used for wall accent and changing floor displays. Large, custom LED ceiling mounted lanterns were designed to provide supplemental ambient light and offset the daylight contrast. Both lighting gestures needed to be outdoor rated and critter proof.
