46 acres of a former military base facing the River are being developed into a corporate office park. The master lighting plan was created for the land use permits submitted to Anne Arundel County. The design proposed a 'family of fixtures' to directly respond to the varied performance criteria of open structure parking garages, primary and secondary vehicular roads, and pedestrian circulation while preserving formal unity throughout the site. Subtly changing light at the parking garage towers was proposed as an architectural time clock.
