Strict energy codes and base building standards were the initial client design mantra for this corporate law office interior. However through creative interpretation of standards, a final solution satisfying to all was integrated into private offices, open work stations and harbor view conference rooms. Tight layouts, carefully selected fixture and lamp palettes using primarily T5 fluorescent with limited CMH for accent yielded a clean modern reflected ceiling and corporate interior.
